Terms of Use

1.1 LootRaiders is a free promotional and community platform. Brands, creators, and EOAS (“Communities”) may publish tasks. Members may complete tasks, receive promotional entries (“Tickets”), receive play points (“LR Credits”), take part in published prize draws, use a free daily reward wheel, and compete on skill or task leaderboards.

1.2 The Service is a promotion. It is not a casino, lottery ticket shop, bank, stored-value wallet, exchange, or money-transmitter product.

1.3 You do not pay EOAS to create an account, earn Tickets or LR Credits, spin the daily wheel, or enter a prize draw. There is no buy-in.

1.4 All prizes are fulfilled only through the Payout Provider or another catalog payout provider of the same type that Sponsor enables (“Payout Provider”). Sponsor does not send cryptocurrency and does not pay prizes to a personal crypto wallet.

1.5 Local consumer, advertising, data-protection, and promotion laws still apply. Where a country requires a permit or filing, that Promotion may be limited, geo-blocked, or offered only after the filing.

2.1 You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your place of residence if higher.

2.2 You must use the Service only where it is lawful. You must not use the Service if you are located in a Restricted Country listed in the Eligibility & Restricted Countries Policy, or if you are subject to trade sanctions or named on a restricted-persons list.

2.3 Employees, officers, contractors, and immediate family members of EOAS, of a sponsoring Community, and of prize suppliers may be excluded from that Community’s draws as stated in the Official Giveaway Rules.

2.4 We may refuse, suspend, or limit access where we reasonably believe you are ineligible.

3.1 You may sign in with Discord, Google, X (Twitter), or another method we enable.

3.2 One person may hold only one account. Duplicate, shared, or automated accounts are prohibited.

3.3 You must provide accurate information and keep it current. You are responsible for activity on your account.

3.4 We may require additional information before paying a prize, including name, country, contact details, and, where required by law or fraud review, identity documents. We do not run identity checks as a condition of ordinary task entry.

3.5 We may close accounts that are inactive, unsafe, or in breach of these Terms.

4.1 Definitions

(a) “Bronze Tickets,” “Silver Tickets,” and “Gold Tickets” are promotional entries for the matching prize-draw tier.

(b) “LR Credits” are play points for LootRaiders games only.

4.2 Tickets and LR Credits:

(a) are free promotional instruments;

(b) are not money, e-money, stored value, property, securities, or a payable asset;

(c) have no cash value;

(d) cannot be bought, sold, gifted, traded, assigned, or transferred between users;

(e) cannot be withdrawn, cashed out, or exchanged for fiat currency, cryptocurrency, or any payable instrument;

(f) cannot be used to demand a payout outside the Payout Provider;

(g) may expire, be capped, adjusted, or cancelled if obtained in breach of these Terms or if the Service is modified.

4.3 Tickets

(a) Bronze Tickets enter Bronze-tier prize draws only.

(b) Silver Tickets enter Silver-tier prize draws only.

(c) Gold Tickets enter Gold-tier prize draws only.

(d) Using a Ticket in a draw consumes that Ticket for that draw only.

(e) Tickets cannot be staked on a game, wheel, tower, or other chance mechanic.

4.4 How Tickets are earned

Tickets are earned only by methods we publish, including eligible tasks, the free-entry form for that draw, daily login, a free daily wheel (Bronze only, if awarded), and top-10 leaderboard rewards.

4.5 LR Credits

(a) LR Credits are used only to play games that show an LR Credit cost.

(b) LR Credits cannot enter a prize draw.

(c) Games never take Tickets.

(d) LR Credits cannot be converted into Silver or Gold Tickets or into money.

4.6 Anyone who sells, buys, or brokers Tickets or LR Credits is in breach. Those instruments and any prize obtained with them may be voided.

5.1 Tasks may include following an account, liking or sharing a post, joining a server or group, watching content, answering a quiz, or similar actions. Completing a task may require verification.

5.2 A free alternative method of entry that does not require a social-media action will be available for each prize draw and described in the Official Giveaway Rules or on the draw page.

5.3 Communities must not charge money for tasks, Tickets, codes, or entries.

5.4 Platform rules of X, Discord, Telegram, YouTube, Google, and similar services also apply. Those platforms do not sponsor EOAS draws unless a draw page says they do.

6.1 The daily wheel, if offered, is a free daily reward. Limit: one (1) free spin per eligible user per calendar day unless a page states a different published cap.

6.2 The daily wheel does not require a Ticket, LR Credit, payment, or other stake. You cannot buy extra spins.

6.3 Wheel rewards are limited to items we publish, which may include LR Credits, experience, cosmetics, or a small number of Bronze Tickets. The wheel will not award Silver Tickets, Gold Tickets, cash, cryptocurrency, or Payout Provider prizes of the class reserved for prize draws.

6.4 Games on LootRaiders use LR Credits only. They do not use Tickets. They do not pay a Payout Provider (or similar) prize directly.

6.5 Chance games that require a Ticket, LR Credit, or other valuable stake in order to win a payable prize are not permitted.

7.1 Prize draws are promotional sweepstakes or sales promotions. Winners of draws are selected by chance from eligible entries. Skill contests and leaderboards are separate and governed by Section 8.

7.2 Each draw has Official Giveaway Rules covering eligibility, entry methods, Ticket tier, opening and closing time (with timezone), prize description and approximate value, winner selection, odds statement, claim process, and sponsor identity.

7.3 No purchase is necessary. Paying does not improve odds.

7.4 Odds depend on the number of eligible entries received.

7.5 We may limit entries per person, household, or draw.

7.6 We may cancel, suspend, or modify a draw if it cannot be run fairly or lawfully, including for fraud, technical failure, or a regulatory requirement. If we cancel after entries are received, we will say so on the Service.

7.7 Prize suppliers, including the Payout Provider and any successor payout provider, and gift-card or catalog issuers, have their own terms. Those terms apply to redemption.

7.8 Sponsor does not award cryptocurrency, Bitcoin, tokens, NFTs as prize currency, or any on-chain payout.

8.1 Leaderboards, if offered, rank users by published task, skill, or effort points for a weekly, two-week, or monthly period. They are contests, not chance draws, unless a specific page says otherwise.

8.2 Points cannot be bought, staked, sold, or withdrawn as cash.

8.3 Only ranks 1 to 10 receive a reward. That reward is Tickets only, as published on that board. Leaderboards do not pay cash, cryptocurrency, or a Payout Provider prize.

8.4 Ranking based on paid entry, Ticket staking, or wheel luck is not permitted.

9.1 Prizes are as described on the draw page. Approximate retail value is an estimate.

9.2 All prizes are issued exclusively through the Payout Provider that Sponsor enables. The winner chooses from catalog options enabled for their country.

9.3 We may substitute a catalog option of equal or greater value if the listed item is unavailable.

9.4 There is no default cash alternative and no Ticket cash-out. A monetary catalog option (for example PayPal or a local wallet product), if the Payout Provider offers it in that country and Sponsor enables it, is a prize-delivery method only.

9.5 Winners must claim within the published period. Unclaimed prizes may be redrawn or forfeited.

9.6 We never require payment of a fee, tax advance, or processing charge to us as a condition of receiving a prize.

9.7 You are responsible for taxes and reporting in your country where the law requires it.

9.8 We may withhold or cancel a prize if we reasonably believe the winner breached these Terms, used fraud, is ineligible, or fails sanctions or fraud review.

9.9 Delivery times depend on the prize type and the Payout Provider.

9.10 We will not send prizes to Restricted Countries, including countries the Payout Provider cannot pay.

10.1 A Community is a brand, creator, or organization that hosts tasks or draws on LootRaiders.

10.2 Communities do not become owners of your account. EOAS operates the Service.

10.3 Communities must follow these Terms, the Official Giveaway Rules, and the Community Host Terms. They must not sell Tickets, charge users to enter, or promise a prize outside the Payout Provider.

You must not:

(a) create multiple accounts or use bots, scripts, or farms;

(b) fake task completion or manipulate verification;

(c) buy, sell, or trade accounts, Tickets, LR Credits, or entries;

(d) harass others or post unlawful content;

(e) interfere with the Service or attempt unauthorized access;

(f) use the Service for money laundering, sanctions evasion, or any crime;

(g) enter draws in which you are not eligible;

(h) demand cryptocurrency or any payout outside the Payout Provider.

We may remove entries, forfeit Tickets, withhold prizes, and suspend or terminate accounts for breach. Details are in the Acceptable Use Policy.

12.1 The Service, LootRaiders name and logos, and EOAS content are owned by EOAS or its licensors. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended promotional purpose.

12.2 You must not copy, scrape, reverse engineer, or exploit the Service except as allowed by mandatory law.

12.3 If you submit content, you grant EOAS a worldwide, royalty-free license to use that content to operate and promote the Service, unless a specific brief says otherwise. You keep ownership of your content.

We process personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Prize delivery may require sharing winner details with the Payout Provider.

14.1 THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

14.2 We do not warrant that you will win a prize, that a specific catalog item will remain available in your country, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

14.3 Third-party platforms and the Payout Provider are outside our control.

14.4 Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be waived under the consumer law of your place of residence.

15.1 TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EOAS AND ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND SUPPLIERS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR LOST ENTRIES.

15.2 EXCEPT FOR LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED BY LAW (INCLUDING DEATH OR PERSONAL INJURY CAUSED BY NEGLIGENCE, OR FRAUD), OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) USD 50 OR (B) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM. If you paid us nothing, the cap is USD 50.

15.3 Some countries do not allow certain limitations. In those countries, our liability is limited to the maximum permitted by that law.

You will indemnify EOAS against claims, losses, and reasonable legal fees arising from your breach of these Terms, your content, or your misuse of the Service, except to the extent caused by our fraud or willful misconduct.

17.1 You may stop using the Service at any time.

17.2 We may suspend or terminate access immediately for breach, risk, legal obligation, or Service shutdown.

17.3 On termination, unused Tickets and LR Credits lapse unless mandatory law requires otherwise. Accrued prize claims already confirmed in writing remain subject to the Winner & Prize Claim Policy.

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change. Material changes will be posted on the Service. Continued use after the effective date is acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Service.

19.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, excluding conflict-of-law rules.

19.2 If you are a consumer, you may also have mandatory rights in your country of residence. Those rights apply in addition to these Terms.

19.3 The state and federal courts sitting in Sheridan County, Wyoming, USA have jurisdiction, except that consumers may bring claims in the courts of their place of residence where mandatory law so provides.

19.4 Before filing a claim, you agree to email support@eoas.me and allow 30 days to resolve the dispute in good faith.

20.1 If a clause is unenforceable, the rest remains in force.

20.2 These Terms are the entire agreement for use of the Service, together with the policies named above.

20.3 You may not assign these Terms. We may assign them in connection with a reorganization or sale.

20.4 Failure to enforce a clause is not a waiver.

20.5 These Terms do not create a partnership, employment, or agency relationship.
