Community Host Terms

These Community Host Terms (“Host Terms”) apply to every brand, creator, organization, or person that creates a Community, publishes a task, or runs a Promotion on https://lootraiders.games/ (a “Host”).

They form part of the LootRaiders Terms of Use, Official Giveaway Rules, Acceptable Use Policy, Privacy Policy, and Eligibility & Restricted Countries Policy.

By creating a Community or submitting a task or Promotion, you agree to these Host Terms.

1. ROLE OF THE HOST

1.1 You may publish tasks and co-sponsor Promotions. EOAS operates the platform, Ticket ledger, draws, leaderboards, and prize fulfillment.

1.2 You do not become the operator of a lottery or casino by using LootRaiders.

1.3 Members contract with EOAS for the Service. You must not tell members that they are buying tickets from you.

2. FREE ENTRY ONLY

You must not:

  • charge money for Tickets, codes, entries, or “guaranteed spots”
  • require a purchase as the only way to enter
  • sell Bronze, Silver, or Gold Tickets
  • accept GCash, PayPal, bank, card, or crypto in exchange for entries
  • hide or disable the free alternative method of entry

If you want a purchase-linked campaign, you must also keep the free-entry route live and equal. EOAS may refuse purchase-linked campaigns.

3. PRIZES

3.1 All prizes are fulfilled only through Tremendous. You must not promise crypto, cash in an unofficial wallet, or any payout outside Tremendous.

3.2 Prize copy must match the live Tremendous catalog for the eligible countries. Do not advertise a merchant card Tremendous does not offer in that country.

3.3 You must not ask winners for bank passwords, seed phrases, or a fee to “release” a prize.

3.4 If you fund a Promotion, you pay EOAS or Tremendous as invoiced. Members never pay you for that prize.

4. TASKS YOU PUBLISH

Tasks must be:

  • lawful
  • possible to complete without paying
  • clear about what the member must do
  • capable of verification
  • allowed under X, Discord, Telegram, YouTube, and Google rules

You must not require:

  • illegal content
  • hate or harassment
  • sexual content involving minors
  • password sharing
  • download of malware
  • a political or religious act that local promo law forbids for that campaign

You must not farm members through fake tasks or change a live task after entries start except to fix an error or a legal issue.

5. COUNTRIES

You must not target or invite users in Restricted Countries (List A or List B in the Eligibility Policy).

If your audience is mainly in the Philippines or South Africa, you must tell EOAS before launch so required local filings can be checked. You must not launch a PH or ZA-targeted paid-lookalike campaign without EOAS written go-ahead.

6. COPY AND CLAIMS

You must not say:

  • “buy tickets”
  • “raffle tickets for sale”
  • “guaranteed win”
  • “investment”
  • “cash out your tickets”
  • that X, Discord, YouTube, Google, or Tremendous sponsors the Promotion unless they do

You must include, on any off-platform post that promotes a LootRaiders draw:

“Free to enter. No purchase necessary. 18+. Official rules: https://lootraiders.games/rules”

7. DATA

You may see limited campaign metrics. You must not export member personal data except as EOAS enables.

You are controller for processing you do off-platform (your Discord, your email list). You must comply with applicable privacy law for that processing.

Do not collect ID documents from members. Winner verification is handled by EOAS under the Winner & Prize Claim Policy.

8. FAIRNESS

You must not:

  • enter your own Promotion with extra accounts
  • reserve a win for a friend
  • ask EOAS to pick a named winner unless Official Giveaway Rules allow a disclosed judging panel for a skill contest
  • bribe or pay members for fake proof

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

You grant EOAS a license to host and display your name, logo, and task content to operate the campaign.

You warrant that you have the right to use that content. You will indemnify EOAS against IP claims arising from your content.

EOAS marks stay with EOAS. You may say “hosted on LootRaiders” but may not imply you own the platform.

10. SUSPENSION

EOAS may pause or remove a Community, task, or Promotion immediately if we reasonably believe these Host Terms, the AUP, or the law was breached, or if Tremendous cannot pay the advertised prize.

Unused member Tickets for a removed Promotion are handled under the Official Giveaway Rules (redraw, substitute, or void with notice).

11. FEES

Members do not pay LootRaiders to enter. Any Host fee is a contract between you and EOAS only and will be quoted separately. Host fees never become member consideration for a Ticket.

12. LIABILITY

You are responsible for your content and off-platform conduct. EOAS is not liable for your breach of platform rules of X, Discord, or similar.

Nothing here limits rights that cannot be waived.

13. TERM

These Host Terms last while your Community exists and survive for prizes, indemnity, and data duties.
