Official Giveaway Rules

1.1 LootRaiders Promotions are free consumer promotions. They are not a casino, lottery-for-sale, raffle-ticket sale, or gambling product.

1.2 Two formats exist:

(a) Prize Draws — winners are selected at random from eligible entries. Chance determines the winner.

(b) Leaderboard Contests — winners are the published top ranks based on skill or task points. Chance does not determine rank.

1.3 Tickets are free promotional entries. They are not money and cannot be bought, sold, traded, staked, or cashed out.

1.4 All prizes are delivered exclusively through Tremendous (https://www.tremendous.com/) or a Tremendous catalog option chosen by the winner from the options Sponsor enables for that winner’s country. Sponsor does not award cryptocurrency, Bitcoin, or other digital assets.

2.1 To enter you must:

(a) be a natural person;

(b) be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your place of residence if higher;

(c) have a LootRaiders account;

(d) be located in a country that is not a Restricted Country under the Eligibility & Restricted Countries Policy;

(e) be legally allowed to take part in a free promotion of this type.

2.2 Not eligible:

(a) directors, officers, employees, and contractors of Sponsor, and members of their household or immediate family;

(b) a Community’s owners and campaign operators, and members of their household, for that Community’s own Promotion;

(c) persons on sanctions or restricted-persons lists;

(d) persons using a VPN or other tool to evade a geographic block;

(e) automated, scripted, or bulk accounts.

2.3 Sponsor may require proof of age, identity, and residence before paying a prize.

2.4 A Promotion may be limited to listed countries on its draw page. If your country is not listed, you cannot enter that Promotion.

3.1 Each Prize Draw or Leaderboard Contest has a start date/time and an end date/time published on its page, including the timezone (default: UTC unless the page says otherwise).

3.2 Entries received after the closing time are void.

3.3 Two closing styles may be used and will be labelled on the page:

(a) Time-limited — closes at the stated deadline.

(b) Entry-capped — closes when the stated maximum number of entries is reached, or at the deadline, whichever happens first.

4.1 There are two equal entry routes for every Prize Draw.

Route A — Tasks

Complete one or more published tasks (for example follow, like, join a server, watch, quiz). After verification, Sponsor grants the stated number of Bronze, Silver, or Gold Tickets.

Route B — Free alternative method of entry (AMOE)

Submit the official free-entry form linked on the draw page or at https://lootraiders.games/free-entry.

Provide: full name, email, country, the Promotion name or code, and confirmation that you are 18+.

One (1) valid AMOE form = the same number of Tickets of the same tier as one (1) standard completed task for that Promotion, unless the draw page states a different published equivalence.

AMOE entries must arrive before the closing time. Online form is sufficient. No mail-in fee. No envelope purchase is required.

4.2 Route A and Route B have equal weight. Completing tasks does not give a better chance per Ticket than AMOE.

4.3 Entry limit: unless the draw page says otherwise, the maximum Tickets per person per Prize Draw is the number published on that page. Extra submissions are void.

4.4 One person = one account = one AMOE identity. Duplicate entries are void.

5.1 Tiers

• Bronze Tickets — enter Bronze-tier Prize Draws only (lower-value prizes).
• Silver Tickets — enter Silver-tier Prize Draws only (medium-value prizes).
• Gold Tickets — enter Gold-tier Prize Draws only (higher-value prizes).

5.2 Tickets may also be granted by:

(a) daily login;

(b) the free daily wheel, limited to Bronze Tickets as set out in Section 7;

(c) published leaderboard rewards.

5.3 Tickets:

(a) have no cash value;

(b) are not property, e-money, or a payable asset;

(c) cannot be bought, sold, gifted, traded, assigned, or transferred;

(d) cannot be withdrawn or redeemed for cash, crypto, or wallet value;

(e) cannot be staked on a wheel, game, tower, or other chance mechanic;

(f) are consumed when used to enter the matching Prize Draw;

(g) may be cancelled if obtained by fraud or error.

5.4 Using a Ticket on a Prize Draw is the act of entry. Unused Tickets do not entitle you to a prize.

6.1 At close, Sponsor (or an independent drawing process) selects winner(s) at random from all eligible Tickets entered in that Prize Draw.

6.2 Method: a computer-generated random selection using a process Sponsor can reconstruct. Where Sponsor publishes a cryptographic seed or similar audit method, that method applies.

6.3 Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible Tickets entered. If 10,000 eligible Tickets are entered and there is one prize, odds are 1 in 10,000 per Ticket.

6.4 Winner determination is final, subject to eligibility verification and these Rules.

7.1 The daily wheel is an optional free daily reward. It is not a paid game.

7.2 Limit: one (1) free spin per eligible user per calendar day (UTC unless the page says otherwise).

7.3 No Ticket, Credit, payment, or other stake is required or permitted to spin. Extra spins cannot be bought.

7.4 Possible wheel results are published in the wheel interface and may include: no award, Credits / Play Tokens, cosmetics, or a small number of Bronze Tickets.

7.5 The wheel will not award Silver Tickets, Gold Tickets, cash, cryptocurrency, or Tremendous prizes of the class reserved for Prize Draws or leaderboards.

7.6 Wheel odds, if shown in the interface, are incorporated into these Rules.

8.1 A leaderboard ranks eligible users by published points for tasks or skill games during a published period.

8.2 Points cannot be bought, staked, sold, or withdrawn.

8.3 Real prizes and/or bonus Tickets may be awarded to a published number of top ranks (for example, top 10). Those prizes are contest prizes, not random-draw prizes.

8.4 Tie-break: earlier achievement of the tied score wins, unless the leaderboard page states another published rule.

8.5 Leaderboards must not be scored by wheel luck or by Tickets staked.

9.1 Each Promotion page states:

• prize description;
• number of winners;
• approximate retail value (ARV) in USD or local currency;
• Ticket tier required (for Prize Draws);
• eligible countries.

9.2 Prize fulfillment

All prizes are issued exclusively through Tremendous as a gift card, prepaid product, or other catalog option Sponsor enables for the winner’s country. Sponsor does not send cryptocurrency.

9.3 If a listed catalog item is unavailable, Sponsor may substitute a Tremendous option of equal or greater ARV.

9.4 There is no default cash alternative. A Tremendous monetary catalog option (for example PayPal or a bank-style payout, if Tremendous offers it in that country and Sponsor enables it) is a prize-delivery method, not a ticket cash-out.

9.5 ARV is an estimate. Currency conversion, catalog availability, and issuer rules can change the local face value.

9.6 Prizes are awarded “as is.” Manufacturer or issuer warranties, if any, are the issuer’s.

9.7 Limit: one prize per person per Prize Draw unless the page says otherwise. Leaderboard ranks are separate.

9.8 Approximate value bands (unless a page states a different ARV):

• Bronze-tier prizes — ARV up to USD 50
• Silver-tier prizes — ARV USD 51 to USD 250
• Gold-tier prizes — ARV USD 251 and above

Sponsor may set lower caps on a given page.

10.1 Sponsor will notify the selected winner by account notice and/or email within seven (7) days after the draw or leaderboard close.

10.2 The winner must complete the claim steps in the Winner & Prize Claim Policy within fourteen (14) days of notice (or the shorter period on the draw page).

10.3 Claim steps may include confirming country, email, and Tremendous delivery details.

10.4 Identity documents are not required to enter. Sponsor may request identity information before fulfillment if:

(a) required by law;

(b) the prize is high value; or

(c) fraud review is triggered.

10.5 Failure to claim on time, ineligibility, or failed fraud/sanctions review = forfeiture. Sponsor may select an alternate winner.

10.6 Sponsor never asks the winner to pay a fee, tax advance, or processing charge to Sponsor to receive the prize.

Except where prohibited, Sponsor may publish the winner’s first name or public username, country (not full address), and prize on the Service and official social channels. A winner who has a legal right to object may email support@eoas.me.

Any tax, duty, or reporting obligation on the prize is the winner’s responsibility except where Sponsor is legally required to withhold or report. Sponsor may issue required forms.

Sponsor may void entries, Tickets, and prizes if it reasonably believes there was:

• multiple accounts;
• bots or automated entry;
• fake task proof;
• ticket sale or trade;
• geographic evasion;
• any other breach of these Rules or the Acceptable Use Policy.

Sponsor may cancel, suspend, or modify a Promotion if it cannot be run fairly or lawfully, including technical failure, fraud, or a legal or regulatory requirement. Notice will be posted on the Service. If cancelled after entries, Sponsor will state whether a draw still occurs, is postponed, or is voided.

Sponsor will not change a live Promotion’s prize, odds method, or eligibility in a way that reduces fairness, except as required by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sponsor is not liable for:

• late, lost, or failed entries caused by networks, login providers, or user error;
• Tremendous, issuer, or courier delays after a prize is correctly ordered;
• unavailability of a catalog item in a given country;
• unauthorized account access caused by the user’s failure to protect login.

Nothing in these Rules excludes liability that cannot be excluded (including fraud, or death or personal injury caused by negligence).

By entering, you agree the prize is the only prize entitlement arising from that Promotion.

Personal data is processed as set out in the Privacy Policy, including sharing with Tremendous to deliver the prize.

17.1 Philippines

Promotions offered to persons in the Philippines are free sales promotions. Where a DTI permit or other filing is required, Sponsor will make that Promotion available in the Philippines only after the required filing, and will publish the permit or reference if the law requires display. Residents of the Philippines must follow any additional mechanics posted for that Promotion.

17.2 South Africa

Promotions offered to persons in South Africa are promotional competitions under the Consumer Protection Act. No payment is required to enter or to receive a prize. The right to a prize vests in the verified winner when the result is determined, subject only to eligibility and claim steps published in advance.

17.3 Nigeria, Kenya, and other African markets

Promotions are free. They are not a sale of lottery tickets. A Promotion may be geo-blocked if local lottery or advertising law requires a license Sponsor does not hold.

17.4 United States

If a Promotion is opened to US residents and total ARV requires registration or bonding in NY, FL, RI, or another state, Sponsor will complete that step or will geo-block that state. Official Rules remain AMOE-equal.

17.5 If any country’s law makes a Promotion unlawful, that Promotion is void in that country.

These Rules are governed by the laws of Costa Rica, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence. Disputes: email support@eoas.me first and allow 30 days. Jurisdiction follows the Terms of Use.

For a winners list of a closed Promotion, email support@eoas.me with the Promotion name within 90 days after close. Sponsor will provide first name or username and prize, except where law requires less or more disclosure.
