Acceptable Use Policy

LootRaiders is a free promotional platform. Tickets are free entries, not money. This AUP exists to keep draws fair, keep users safe, and keep the Service lawful.

You must:

• be 18+ (or the higher age of majority where you live)
• hold only one account
• use your own Discord, Google, or X login
• keep your login details under your control
• give accurate country and contact information

You must not:

• create or operate multiple accounts
• share an account
• buy, sell, rent, or swap accounts
• use a VPN, proxy, or similar tool to hide a Restricted Country or to farm extra entries
• use a bot, script, farm, click-worker gang, or automated device to sign up or complete tasks

You must not:

• buy or sell Bronze, Silver, or Gold Tickets
• buy or sell Credits or Play Tokens
• trade, gift, or assign Tickets or Credits to another user
• stake Tickets or Credits on a wheel, game, tower, or any chance mechanic
• demand cash, crypto, or wallet value for Tickets
• treat Tickets as a payable asset

Tickets obtained in breach of this AUP are void. Prizes obtained with those Tickets may be forfeited.

You must:

• complete tasks yourself
• use real, eligible social accounts
• keep a required follow / join in place at least until the Promotion closes, if the task says so
• submit only genuine proof

You must not:

• fake screenshots or manipulated proof
• use follow / unfollow cycles only to harvest Tickets
• mass-report, harass, or raid a Community
• complete tasks for another person for money
• use purchased followers, engagement pods, or stolen accounts

You must not:

• spin the daily wheel more than the published limit
• attempt to replay or reset the wheel by clearing data in order to get extra spins
• play games with Tickets or with anything that can enter a Prize Draw
• manipulate a leaderboard with bots, purchased actions, or recycled accounts
• sell a leaderboard rank

If you host tasks or Promotions on LootRaiders you must not:

• charge money for Tickets, codes, or entries
• require a purchase as the only way to enter
• hide the free-entry route
• promise guaranteed wins
• award crypto or any prize outside Tremendous
• collect bank, card, or wallet credentials from members
• run a Promotion for a Restricted Country

Hosts also follow the Community Host Terms.

You must not post, upload, or send content that:

• is illegal, defamatory, or fraudulent
• is sexually exploitative, or involves minors in any sexual context
• is harassing, threatening, or hateful
• infringes copyright, trademark, or privacy
• is malware, phishing, or spam
• promotes another ticket-selling raffle or gambling site as if it were LootRaiders

Do not impersonate EOAS, LootRaiders, Tremendous, or another user.

You must not:

• probe, scan, or attack the Service
• bypass rate limits, geo-blocks, or payment of Tickets through exploits
• scrape the site in bulk
• interfere with other users’ sessions
• reverse engineer except as mandatory law allows
• access another user’s account

You must not use the Service to:

• evade sanctions
• launder value
• cash out stolen accounts
• claim prizes for another person as a mule

We may screen winners against restricted-persons lists and refuse a Tremendous issue if the screen fails.

You must not:

• ask Sponsor to pay outside Tremendous
• send seed phrases, card numbers, or “release fees”
• claim a prize you know you won through a rule breach
• dispute a forfeiture after a confirmed multi-account finding except through support@eoas.me

If we reasonably believe you breached this AUP we may, without prior notice where the risk requires it:

• ignore or delete entries
• cancel Tickets and Credits
• remove leaderboard points
• suspend or terminate the account
• forfeit an unconfirmed or confirmed prize
• request the return of a prize already issued
• report conduct to a platform, payment partner, or authority
• permanently ban devices, emails, and linked social IDs

Repeated or serious breaches (ticket sales, bots, underage use, fraud) may result in a permanent ban.

Report abuse, ticket selling, or suspected fraud to support@eoas.me with the subject “AUP report.” Include URLs, usernames, and screenshots if you have them.

We review reports, but we do not discuss another user’s account with you.

We may update this AUP. The “Last updated” date will change. Continued use after the effective date is acceptance.
