Eligibility & Restricted Countries

All prizes are paid only through Tremendous. If Tremendous cannot deliver a reward to a country or region, LootRaiders cannot offer prize Promotions there.

This list follows Tremendous’s published recipient restrictions and catalog coverage as of the Last updated date, plus trade-sanctions rules. Tremendous may change coverage. If it does, this Policy controls as updated.

1. WHO MAY USE THE SERVICE

You may create an account, complete tasks, and enter prize Promotions only if you:

  • are 18+ (or the higher age of majority where you live);
  • are not a Restricted Person;
  • are not located in a Restricted Country or Restricted Region;
  • are not using an email domain Tremendous will not pay;
  • can lawfully take part in a free promotion.

We may confirm location by the country you declare, IP address, and payout-provider checks. Using a VPN or similar tool to evade this Policy is a breach. Entries and prizes may be voided.

2. RESTRICTED PERSONS

You may not use the Service or receive a prize if you are:

  • named on an OFAC, UN, UK, EU, or other applicable sanctions list;
  • owned or controlled by a sanctioned person;
  • acting for a sanctioned person;
  • a minor.

3. LIST A — HARD BLOCK

Sanctions and Tremendous prohibited countries

Tremendous states that banking rules prevent rewards to recipients in these countries. LootRaiders also treats them as sanctioned or high-risk. Residents and persons located there may not enter prize Promotions and will not receive Tremendous rewards:

  • Afghanistan
  • Belarus
  • Cuba
  • Iran
  • Iraq
  • Myanmar (Burma)
  • North Korea
  • Russia
  • Syria
  • Ukraine
  • Venezuela
  • Yemen

Also blocked (sanctions regions, even if not a full UN member listing):

  • Crimea
  • Donetsk People’s Republic / Donetsk region of Ukraine
  • Luhansk People’s Republic / Luhansk region of Ukraine
  • any other territory added to an applicable sanctions program

4. LIST B — NO TREMENDOUS PAYOUT CATALOG

Tremendous has published that it does not currently offer payout options in the following countries (catalog may change). Until Tremendous lists a live catalog option for that country, residents may not enter prize Promotions:

  • Cabo Verde (Cape Verde)
  • Democratic Republic of the Congo
  • Guinea-Bissau
  • Libya
  • Somalia
  • South Sudan
  • Sudan
  • Zimbabwe

If Tremendous later adds catalog options for a List B country, Sponsor may open Promotions there by updating this Policy. Until that update, the country stays closed for prizes.

5. LIST C — EMAIL ONLY (NOT A PRIZE BAN)

Tremendous cannot always send SMS to some countries, including Kenya, Nigeria, the Philippines, Ghana, Egypt, and others. That is a carrier limit only.

Users in those countries may still:

  • use the Service by email;
  • enter Promotions if they are not on List A or List B;
  • receive prizes by Tremendous email or link.

LootRaiders default delivery is email / link via Tremendous, not SMS.

6. COUNTRIES WE INTEND TO SERVE

Subject to Lists A and B and any draw-page limit, prize Promotions may be offered to eligible users in countries where Tremendous has a live catalog option. That includes, without limitation:

Philippines, South Africa, Nigeria, Kenya, Ghana, Egypt, Morocco, Tanzania, Uganda, Rwanda, Zambia, Botswana, Namibia, Côte d’Ivoire, Senegal, Cameroon, Algeria, Tunisia, and other catalog-supported markets.

A specific draw page may narrow this list (for example “Philippines only”).

7. EMAIL DOMAINS

Tremendous will not send rewards to some country-owned top-level email domains tied to List A. Do not register with those domains. If your only email is on a prohibited domain, you cannot claim a prize.

8. WHAT WE DO IN PRACTICE

  • Geo-block List A and List B from prize entry
  • Hide those countries from the claim form
  • Refuse a Tremendous issue if the recipient country is blocked
  • Forfeit a win if we later find the winner was in a Restricted Country or used evasion tools
  • Review this Policy when Tremendous updates

9. IF YOUR COUNTRY IS MISSING

If you can use the site but cannot see a prize, your country may lack a Tremendous catalog option or may be pending a local promo filing. Email support@eoas.me. We will not create a side payout outside Tremendous.

10. CHANGES

Restricted lists can change without a new user signature when sanctions or Tremendous coverage change. The date at the top will be updated. Continued use after the update is acceptance.
